All sale items are final, we do not offer a refund unless you have spoken to the seller. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Please contact the seller for exchange assistance, we will accept exchanges for a different style, size or color. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. If the products is received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept exchanges within 10 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused.
